We'll keep supporting you so you can keep supporting your clients
The spread of the COVID-19 is a once in a generation event that has impacted us all in some way.
There are a number of ways that we can help you support your clients during these unprecedented times.
You can continue to learn. We will continue to offer our quality webinars presented by our clinicians and other experts in the industry. We also have an archive of valuable webinars that you can access on-demand to continue building your professional development needs.
Most importantly, you can continue to assess. When face-to-face assessment is no longer appropriate for your clinic, our Q-global platform provides many options to continue your assessment practice digitally.
There are also a growing number of other telehealth options available to our customers. As an assessment professional your first responsibility is to determine whether an assessment can wait or whether it needs to happen now. However if the need demands it, it is good to have some options that allow you to continue to support your clients. Together with our industry’s professional bodies, we are providing guidance for responsibly implementing and maintaining clinical standards through telehealth.

Our global Pearson Clinical Assessment team has created a valuable Telehealth General Advice page where you can find useful videos, tips and suggestions to help you maintain high standards of clinical practice, even when your client is not in the same room as you.
This website is being continuously updated to provide answers to the most frequently asked questions about remote assessment, from allied health specialists worldwide so we recommend that you check-in regularly to get updates.
Please note that if you would like to make a product purchase, you will need to loop back to our Australia/New Zealand website.
Using our ANZ Q-Global platform to deliver digital assessments
When face-to-face assessment is no longer appropriate for your clinic or school, we recommend that you use our Q-global platform so that you can continue to assess your clients and support their wellbeing digitally.
You can find a list of assessments available on our Q-global platform by clicking the link above and scrolling down to "Related products".
You will also find an increasing number of assessments now offering Remote On Screen Administration (ROSA) where questionnaire based assessments can be emailed to a client for them to complete in their own time and place.
Making use of Telehealth platforms
There are a variety of telehealth platforms available that you can use to communicate with your clients and administer assessments. We are working towards making our assessments even easier to access directly on these platforms.
To help you now, we are providing complimentary access to a wide range of digital stimulus books and digital manuals until the end of June 2020, allowing qualified professionals who already own paper or Q-interactive versions of the assessments a way to share test item content via telehealth software and tools.
They will be made available via the Q-global Resource Library. The number of digital stimulus books will continue to grow over the coming weeks.
