			<p>The training is comprised of three units. We suggest you allow 8-15 hours to complete on-demand units. This time will vary based on the User Level B assessment category and the number of on-demand units.</p>

			<h5>Unit 1 &ndash; Introduction to Statistical Concepts (delivered on-demand)</h5>

			<p>Unit 1 will focus on introducing statistical concepts and principles that underpin all of our User Level B assessments.<br />

			This on-demand, self-paced unit must be completed before attending Unit 3 - Practical application of the Vineland 3.<br />

			<p>All&nbsp;<em>Vineland-3</em>&nbsp;forms aid in diagnosing and classifying intellectual and developmental disabilities and other disorders, such as autism, Asperger Syndrome, and developmental delays. The scales are organised using three domains (Communication, Daily Living Skills, and Socialization) that correspond to the three broad domains of adaptive functioning specified by the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and by DSM-5. In addition,&nbsp;<em>Vineland-3</em>&nbsp;offers optional Motor Skills and Maladaptive Behaviour domains for situations in which these areas are of concern.</p>
