Behavioural and Emotional Skill Building Guide

Also available is the Behavioural and Emotional Skill-Building Guide, an easy-to-use workbook, for use by teachers, counsellors, social workers, or other professionals who work in a school or similar setting.

The Guide provides activities, small-group or classroom-based lessons that promote and develop a number of core behavioural and emotional skills, such as communicating, problem solving, listening effectively, and relaxation strategies.
